Synonymy: eureka (Barnes & Benjamin, 1927) (Eriopyga) n. comb. - MONA 1983: 10549 Taxonomic Notes: Trichopolia eureka (Barnes & Benjamin, 1927), n. comb., was formerly in the genus Protorthodes (n. syn. of Trichopolia) (Schmidt in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
