Synonymy: vernilis (Grote, 1879) (Agrotis) - MONA 1983: 10973 Taxonomic Notes: Xestia vernilis (Grote, 1879) was previously placed in the genus Anomogyna, a name treated as a synonym of Xestia subgenus Pachnobia in Lafontaine (1998).
