Distribution: USA: southern FL. Similar Species: 59a1004 Chionodes donatella: southern FL. 59a1003 Chionodes mariona: extreme southern TX. 59a1005 Chionodes petro: southern CA. 59a1001 Chionodes phalacra: southern AZ to western TX. 59a1002 Chionodes popa: Siskiyou to Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties, CA. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: donatella (Walker, 1864) (Gelechia) - MONA 1983: [NEW] Taxonomic Notes: Chionodes donatella (Walker, 1864) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico.
