Distribution: Cherry Co., NE and Morgan Co., CO west to WA and Los Angeles Co., CA. Similar Species: 59a0957 Chionodes ochreostrigella: tends to have a more pale head and thorax with less dark scales and forewing with more pale yellow along the base of the inner margin.
