  • Taxonomic Notes: Chamaesphecia astatiformis (Herrich-Schäffer, 1846) was introduced from Europe into the Canada in 1993 for biocontrol of Leafy Spurge (Euphorbia esula). Its current population status is uncertain. Winston et al. 2014.
