Genitalia: See Heinrich (1923), Bull. U.S. Nat. Mus. 123: 236; pl. 56, fig. 395. Per McDunnough (1955), Heinrich's figure for spiraeifoliana, fig. 395, refers to discigerana and his figure for discigerana, fig. 392 refers to A. s. sierrae), an error which Heinrich (1932) later acknowledged. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: discigerana (Walker, 1863) (Grapholita) - MONA 1983: 3358; TL: Nova Scotia. spiraeifoliana of authors; (not Clemens, 1860) (Anchylopera) misid.
