Synonymy: olinalis Guenée 1854 (Pyralis) - MONA 1983: 5533 himonialis Zeller 1872 (Asopia) infimbrialis Dyar 1908 (Herculia) trentonalis Lederer 1863 (Asopia) Taxonomic Notes: Hypsopygia olinalis (Guenée, 1854) was assigned to the genus Herculia in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist). This species was transferred to the genus Hypsopygia in Leraut (2006).
