Synonymy: Sarata cinereella Hulst, [1901] 1900
Taxonomic Notes: Megasis cinereella (Hulst, [1901] 1900) was formerly listed listed in the genus Sarata, a name synonymized with Megasis in Leraut (2021). This treatment was overlooked by Scholtens & Hayden (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
