Synonymy: Sarata tephrella Ragonot, 1893
Taxonomic Notes: Megasis tephrella (Ragonot, 1893) was formerly listed listed in the genus Sarata, a name synonymized with Megasis in Leraut (2021). This treatment was overlooked by Scholtens & Hayden (in Pohl & Nanz (eds.) 2023).
