Synonymy: malvavisci Eiseman, 2025 (Telamoptilia); Holotype: "Texas: Hidalgo Co., Weslaco". Distribution: USA: Texas (Cameron Co. and Hidalgo Co.). Host Plants: Malvaviscus arboreus Dill. ex Cav. (wax mallow, Turk’s cap). Similar  : Species 33a0420 Telamoptilia hibiscivora Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.)
