Synonymy: celina (Boisduval, 1870) (Calepidos) escuintla (Schaus, 1920) (Eucyane) Taxonomic Notes: Hypocrita celina (Boisduval, 1870) includes as a synonym 8038.1 Hypocrita escuintla. New synonymy in both Becker (2013) and Vincent and Laguerre (2013).
