Front of head grayish.
Similar Species:
  • Pygarctia roseicapitis (Neumoegen & Dyar, 1893), front of head white.

Synonymy:
  • lorula Dyar, 1914 (Pygarctia) - MONA 1983: 8252
      Type locality: Cotype: two males, two females, Kerville, TX; Sabinal, TX; San Antonio, TX.
