Synonymy: cavillator (Walker, 1856) (Dipthera)   Type locality: Jalapa, Mexico. bivaria (Walker, 1856) (Dipthera) decora (Morrison, 1875) (Charadra) felina (Druce, 1898) (Lichnophora) flavescens (Draudt, 1924) (Lichnophora) gracilis (Swinhoe, 1900) (Moma) reducta (Draudt, 1924) (Lichnophora) Taxonomic Notes: Arctioptera cavillator (Walker, 1856) is transferred from the genus Lichnoptera to Arctioptera Anweiler & Schmidt 2020, n. gen., and includes as a synonym 9187 Lichnoptera decora (Morrison, 1875) in Schmidt & Anweiler (2020), MONA Fascicle 25.4: 21.
