Distribution: Southeast AZ. Genitalia: ZooKeys, 39: figs. 24, 31. Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: tapa (Anweiler & Schmidt, 2010) (Charadra)   Type locality: Ash Canyon, Huachuca Mts., Cochise Co., AZ. pata of authors; (not Druce, 1894) (Trisuloides) misappl. Taxonomic Notes: Semixanthia tapa (Anweiler & Schmidt, 2010), n. sp., ZooKeys, 39: 166, is transferred from the genus Charadra to Semixanthia Anweiler & Schmidt, 2020, n. gen., in Schmidt & Anweiler (2020), MONA Fascicle 25.4: 52.
