Distribution: Known only from the type-specimen (Hodges 1974). Description/ Field Marks: Forewing deep orange, hind wing pale yellowish-white. Similar Species: 59a0163 Himmacia huachucella: forewing grayish red when fresh, hind wing medium gray. 59a0164 Himmacia stratia: forewing deep orange, hind wing medium gray. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: diligenda (Meyrick, 1928) (Cryptolechia) - MONA 1983: 950; TL: Texas.
