Distribution: Southeastern Arizona. Pine forest. Elevations ~ 7,700 ft. Seasonality and Size: Mid-June. Wingspan ~ 25 mm. Description/ Field Marks: Superficially similar to L. atara but: Significantly larger; More extensive and brighter pink on hindwing; Pink ventral surfaces to both wings Similar Species: 932556 Lithophane atara Pinned specimens of related species.
