Description/ Field Marks: A highly variable species. Best confirmed by dissection. DNA barcode does not seem to separate braunana and cervinana. Genitalia: See McDunnough (1934:317; p. 328, fig. 3; p. 332, fig. 4.) Similar Species: 51a0013 Acleris cervinana Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: braunana (McDunnough, 1934) (Peronea) - MONA 1983: 3518; TL: Canada, "Ontario, Biscotasing".
