Synonymy: caryivorella Ragonot 1887 (Acrobasis) - MONA 1983: 5686; Type locality: Missouri comacornella Hulst 1900 (Acrocaula); Type locality: Blanco Co., TX Taxonomic Notes: Acrobasis caryivorella Ragonot, 1887 corrects spelling of caryaevorella. Spelling is corrected in the 1983 checklist. This species includes as a synonym 5687 Acrobasis comacornella, MONA Fascicle 15.2.
