Synonymy: ceratoniae Zeller 1839 (Myelois) - MONA 1983: 5723; Type locality: Laibach, Austria ceratoniella von Röslerstamm 1839 (Phycis) dentilinella Hampson 1896 (Phycita) durandi Lucas 1950 (Laodamia) oporedestella Dyar 1911 (Myelois) phoenicis Durrant 1915 (Myelois) pryerella Vaughan 1870 (Trachonitis?) psarella Hampson 1903 (Hypsipyla) rivulalis Warren & Rothschild 1905 (Heterographis) tuerkheimiella Sorhagen 1881 (Myelois) zellerella Sorhagen 1881 (Euzophera) Taxonomic Notes: Ectomyelois ceratoniae (Zeller, 1839) was formerly placed in the genus Apomyelois. Scholtens & Solis (2015), ZooKeys. 535: 116, synonymized the two genera. Ectomyelois is returned to full genus status in Ren & Yang (2016), ZooKeys, 559: 125-137.
