Distribution: USA: "District of Columbia south to central Florida, and farther west from Missouri south to eastern Texas. (Neunzig 2003) Similar Species: Other species in the genus Quasisalebria are best separated by genitalia. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: atratella Blanchard & Knudson 1985 (Salebriaria); Type locality: Wind Point Park, Lake Ta- wakoni, Hunt Co., TX Taxonomic Notes: Quasisalebria atratella (Blanchard & Knudson, 1985) n. sp., Proc. Ent. Soc. Wash. 87: 475-479 was formerly placed in the genus Salebriaria.
