Synonymy: eleuata (Fabricius, [1776] 1777) (Phalaena) elevalis (Guenée, 1854) (Astura) emend. elevata Munroe, 1983 (Polygrammodes) missp. grandimacula (Dognin, 1912) (Astura) Taxonomic Notes: Polygrammodes eleuata (Fabricius, 1777) corrects the spelling of "elevata."
