Description/ Field Marks: See Rindge, 1958: 22; figs. 4, 20, 21, 2 Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: ornata (Rindge, 1958) (Pityeja) - MONA 1983: 6984   Type locality: Holotype: 5 miles west of Portal, Cochise Co., AZ. picta of authors; (not Schaus, 1898) (Pityeja) misappl. Taxonomic Notes: Rindgeria ornata (Rindge, 1958), n. comb. (n. genus) in Heppner (2010), was formerly placed in the genus Pityeja in Hodges et al. (1983) (Checklist) and treated as unplaced in Scoble (1994:139).
