    Note: In his original description of "trouvelotii", Packard cleary indicated that the species was named in honor of the collector of the type specimen, M. L. Trouvelot. By latinizing this patronym with the ending "ii", the name became and an original misspelling per ICZN Article 31.1.2 which requires that it end in a single "i". Later authors corrected the spelling per Article 33.2.1 but that correction was overlooked in recent publication.
