Distribution: Western and southern Texas - Miller et al. (2021) Similar Species: Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: errucata (Dyar, 1906) (Schizura) - MONA 1983: 8008   Type locality: Brownsville, TX. Taxonomic Notes: Coelodasys errucata (Dyar, 1906), n. comb. in Miller et al. (2021), was formerly in the genus Schizura.
