Similar Species: |
- Epidromia lienaris (Hübner, 1823) typically has a straighter, less undulating, am. line but this character is not diagnostic. Males are best separated by the lack of a wide yellow streak extending from the cell to the outer margin on the underside of the forewing. Females typically have a less tapered abdomen but are best separated by association with males. (Note: females in this genus have abdomens more tapered that males.)
- Epidromia rotundata Herrich-Schäffer, 1869 forewing is more falcate, outer margin more inwardly curved near apex. Male hindwing is rounded, outer margin not angled medially.
