Synonymy: chryseochilus Dyar 1909 (Basilodes); Type locality: Puebla, Mexico Taxonomic Notes: Angulostiria chryseochilus (Dyar, 1909) is now recognized within the North American fauna north of Mexico; specimens collected from west Texas (Terrell Co.), Poole (1995), MONA Fascicle 26.1: 134.
