Distribution: Florida. Similar Species: Euthisanotia argentata Druce, 1894, raised from synonymy of E. poeyi to full species status in Troubridge (2020), is extralimital to the US and Canada. Pinned specimens of related species. (Hint: select View by Region on the related species page.) Synonymy: poeyi Grote 1866 (Euscirrhopterus); Type locality: Cuba disparilis Herrich-Schäffer 1866 (Heteranda) Taxonomic Notes: Euscirrhopterus poeyi: Reported from Florida.
