Similar Species:
  • 10269 Admetovis oxymorus hindwing in is light tan with outer margin slightly concave between veins M1 and M3. The hindwing of icarus is dark, brown gray with margin straight between veins M1 and M3.
  • 10270 Admetovis similaris hindwing is pure white.
  • Best separated from others in the genus by hindwing or genitalia, ZooKeys, 788: 167-181.
