Synonymy: cephalonica Stainton 1866 (Melissoblaptes) - MONA 1983: 5634 lineata Legrand 1966 (Anerastia) oeconomellus Mann 1872 (Melissoblaptes) theobromae Dyar 1913 (Tineopsis) translineella Hampson & Joannis 1901 (Corcyra) Taxonomic Notes: Aphomia cephalonica (Stainton, 1866) was formerly in the genus Corcyra in Leraut (2014). Corcyra was synonymized with Aphomia in Leraut (2014).
